BCD Travel is hiring a Global Account Manager to join our specialized Media & Entertainment division. In this role, you will manage and nurture strategic relationships with our major clients within the global Media & Entertainment industry, driving success for both our customers and our business.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow strategic global accounts within the Media & Entertainment vertical.
- Develop and execute account plans to ensure client satisfaction and business expansion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, building strong partnerships.
- Collaborate internally to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs.
- Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for value-added services.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing large, complex global accounts, preferably within the travel, media, or entertainment sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing account revenue and deepening client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, virtual environment.
- Strategic mindset with a problem-solving approach to client challenges.
