BCD Travel is looking for a Global Account Manager to own the strategic relationship and financial health of our major clients. You will be responsible for building a truly global travel program, from contract negotiation and implementation to business reviews and profitability.
What You'll Do
- Develop a cohesive global travel program in partnership with your client.
- Implement a Global Business Plan to establish, achieve, and measure business objectives.
- Manage the Global Program Management team, providing coaching and mentoring.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers across multiple regions.
- Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through coordinated sales and pricing.
- Oversee new business implementation, ensuring customer expectations are met.
What We're Looking For
- Proven account management experience is required.
- Extensive business travel industry experience.
- Ability to travel when needed.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience at a travel management company or managing business travel accounts.
- Solid Regional or Global Program Management experience.
- Experience implementing and managing large market or global clients.
