About the Role

This role is centered on growing a network of service providers by delivering high-quality leads to small and medium-sized businesses. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll operate remotely and focus on consistent phone engagement, using a structured process to introduce providers to the platform’s benefits and support them through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily phone outreach to service providers across the country, with a target of up to 200 calls per day to maintain momentum toward sales goals.
  • Address concerns and guide conversations by understanding each provider’s unique needs and aligning solutions effectively.
  • Help service providers build lasting relationships with homeowners who request services, offering guidance on engagement and customer experience.
  • Use internal notes, public sources, and company websites to research providers and personalize outreach.
  • Follow a streamlined prospecting model—leads are assigned through a proprietary CRM, allowing you to focus on conversion.
  • Support providers through background check authorization and approval steps to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Meet and exceed biweekly sales targets based on contract value sold.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of sales or customer-facing experience is required, along with a High School Diploma or GED. You should be driven to surpass goals, communicate clearly, and build trust quickly. Active listening, confidence, and attention to detail are essential. You must be comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining accuracy under daily demands.

The role requires speaking and listening for up to eight hours daily using a headset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and company systems is expected. A reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory. Applicants must be at least 21 years old.

Prior inside sales experience is preferred but not required.

Technology & Support

You’ll use Microsoft Office, a proprietary CRM system, and company-issued equipment including a laptop and webcam. Comprehensive training is provided, with opportunities to apply for leadership development after six months.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary is $40,000 per year, with uncapped commission potential. On-target earnings average $78,000 annually, and top performers can earn over $180,000. Additional incentives are available during onboarding.

A company equity program is also offered. Generous PTO covers vacation, personal days, sick time, volunteer hours, and holidays.
