As a Midmarket Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in advancing how nonprofit organizations use technology to further their missions. You’ll identify new prospects and guide them through every stage of the sales process—from initial outreach to final close—using a mix of inbound and outbound strategies tailored to mid-sized and large nonprofits.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new leads through proactive prospecting and nurture relationships with purpose-driven organizations
- Deliver clear, engaging online demonstrations that translate technical capabilities into real-world benefits
- Deepen your understanding of nonprofit fundraising challenges and how modern software can solve them
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, improve processes, and strengthen company culture
- Represent the organization at industry events, including networking and professional development opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, with at least two years of high performance
- Strong communication skills—able to simplify complex ideas and connect with diverse stakeholders
- Self-directed with excellent time management and a track record of closing deals
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and cloud-based software ecosystems
- A genuine interest in the nonprofit sector and a desire to understand how these organizations operate
- Adaptability in a fast-moving environment, with a mindset oriented toward growth and experimentation
