Responsibilities
- Resolve weekly tickets across multiple service areas
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining precision and a strong focus on customer experience and advocacy
- Respond to standard inquiries via email and live chat within defined timeframes
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, operational teams across divisions, and Sales
- Act as the primary point of contact and listening channel for user needs and feedback
