Responsibilities
- Perform audits consistent with Eurofins’ client and program instructions in accordance with established protocols
- Prepare audit reports in a complete, accurate and timely manner for submission to the Eurofins ARCC
- Respond timely to any post audit queries from ARCC to close and finalize audit report
- Ensure the integrity and consistency of the delivery of CPA audit services through support for continuous improvement of operating procedures and methodologies
- Provide subject matter support for the effective and timely resolution of issues and problems with audits related to other key sourcing markets
Requirements
- Experience in executing social compliance audits
- Ability to manage and develop junior auditors
- Proven track record in preparing complete, accurate, and timely audit reports
- Strong technical understanding of audit methodologies and procedures
- Experience responding to post-audit queries and finalizing reports
Nice to Have
- Experience working with global clients or in international markets
- Prior experience in customer service or account management within audit or compliance services
- Familiarity with Eurofins ARCC systems or similar audit reporting platforms

Additional Information
- Approximately 14 billable days per month required
- Role involves travel within the US
- May involve coordination with key sourcing markets outside the US
- Participation in audits as a team member while leading others
