About the Role

This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the 340B Pharmacy Program, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, supporting audit preparation, and maintaining accurate data reporting across pharmacy systems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the 340B program across multiple sites
  • Ensure compliance with HRSA guidelines and federal regulations
  • Conduct regular audits of pharmacy claims and patient eligibility
  • Maintain accurate 340B database records and system integrity
  • Collaborate with pharmacy and hospital information systems teams
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in 340B claims processing
  • Train pharmacy and hospital staff on 340B policies and procedures
  • Monitor contract pharmacy arrangements for compliance
  • Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies
  • Track and analyze program savings and performance metrics
  • Assist in developing and updating 340B program policies
  • Coordinate with pharmacy leadership on operational issues
  • Manage 340B patient definition and eligibility verification
  • Support onboarding of new pharmacies into the program
  • Respond to inquiries from internal departments and external partners
  • Maintain documentation for compliance and audit purposes
  • Stay current with changes in 340B program regulations
  • Work with legal and compliance teams on policy interpretation
  • Facilitate communication between pharmacy sites and central administration
  • Ensure proper segregation of 340B-eligible medications
  • Evaluate vendor performance related to 340B operations
  • Participate in system upgrades impacting 340B claims
  • Support organizational efforts to expand 340B-eligible services
  • Promote a culture of compliance and accountability
