ARHS is hiring an IT Business Developer - Medior/Senior (m/f)

Responsibilities

  • Source and expand business prospects by onboarding new clients within the IT industry
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients to support sustained partnerships and client satisfaction
  • Assess client requirements and recommend customized IT services and solutions, including supplying developers and technical specialists for projects
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Recruitment, Delivery, and Marketing to align client needs with available capabilities
  • Assist in developing commercial bids, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients
  • Track industry developments, competitive landscape, and evolving client demands to uncover potential growth areas
  • Ensure CRM records are current and accurately reflect client interactions and business status
