We use this public information to match you with relevant job opportunities. You can unsubscribe at any time using the preference link in our emails.

Our match score (0-100%) indicates how well a job aligns with your skills and experience. We analyze factors like your tech stack, programming languages, project history, seniority level, and location preferences. Higher scores mean better matches. We only send you opportunities with scores above 75% to ensure quality.

Your matches appear once we've processed your CV, provided we find job matches above our quality threshold (75%+). After that, new matching opportunities appear as they're posted.

Yes, TalentProfile is completely free for everyone—both job seekers and companies. We never charge for job matches, and there are no premium tiers or hidden fees.

We only collect publicly available information from your developer profiles, including: username, email (if public), skills and technologies, work experience, projects, location, and bio. We also track email interactions (opens and clicks) to improve our matching algorithm. We never collect private data or anything you haven't made publicly accessible.

It depends on what you do. Some jobs accept applications on TalentProfile: when you apply to one, the profile you reviewed is sent to that company. Other jobs continue on the employer's own website, and what you send there is between you and them. We never sell your data, and we never send your account contact details to a company on our own initiative. Separately, profiles we recorded from public sources are discoverable by signed-in company users, including contact data those public sources published. Hidden profiles, opted-out profiles and unclaimed dropped CVs are never discoverable.

Yes. We comply with GDPR and other privacy regulations. Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (matching candidates with opportunities) and the fact that we only process publicly available data. Your data is stored in secure, access-controlled databases and is only accessible to authorized team members who need it to operate the service.

You can browse your latest matches on the site anytime. We refresh them as new roles that fit your profile are found, and you'll only see high-quality matches (75%+ score). There's no fixed schedule and nothing to wait for.

Every email from TalentProfile includes a unique preference link at the bottom. Click that link to:

Job postings can be removed by employers at any time. We scan for new jobs daily, but companies may fill positions quickly. If a link is broken, the job was likely filled or removed. This is normal in fast-moving tech markets. We recommend applying quickly to jobs that interest you.

Open one of your matches to be directed to the company's website or job board where the position is posted. From there, follow the company's application process. TalentProfile is just a matching service—we don't handle applications or hiring.

Yes, we track email opens and job clicks to improve our matching algorithm. This helps us understand which types of jobs are most relevant to different developers. We use this anonymized data to make better matches for everyone. We never share your individual click data with employers.
