Responsibilities
- Interact directly with consumers during key moments of experience, purchase, and consumption to provide education on products.
- Build consumer trust by representing brands in a relatable and authentic way.
- Guide consumers through legal product sampling experiences as defined by local regulations and company policy.
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand knowledge and marketing programs on a regular basis.
- Utilize technology platforms to receive assignments and submit required information accurately.
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to team guidelines and prepared to carry out promotional activities.
- Distribute branded merchandise to consumers during events.
- Adhere to responsible service practices and report any violations promptly.
- Set up and organize point-of-sale materials in retail or event locations.
- Cover event-related product costs using a company-provided debit card.
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the Event Team as needed.
- Ensure all company assets, including uniforms and event materials, are properly maintained and returned.
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated marketing reporting system.
- Capture digital photos during events and support social media content sharing for the region.
- Identify key differences between featured brands and competing products, and report competitive market activity.
- Maintain a professional appearance suitable for direct consumer interaction.
- Follow all company policies and operational procedures consistently.

- Candidates must demonstrate their engagement skills by delivering a two to three-minute 'Final' presentation to qualify for event representation.
