Responsibilities

- Qualify leads based on established criteria and buyer readiness
- Collaborate with account executives to transition qualified opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions in CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly activity and conversion targets
- Use data and insights to refine outreach strategies
- Attend team meetings and training sessions regularly
- Follow defined sales processes and best practices
- Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner
- Research target accounts and decision-makers
- Adapt messaging based on customer feedback and response patterns
- Contribute to pipeline generation goals
- Support marketing initiatives through lead follow-up
- Stay current on product updates and market trends
- Participate in performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Escalate customer concerns when appropriate
- Maintain professional and respectful communication standards
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
