Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with both new and existing clients, including those with moderate to complex financial needs
- Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions aligned with each client’s financial goals
- Actively pursue new business through community involvement and connections with external referral sources
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service to strengthen client retention and satisfaction

Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and obtain state-issued Life and Health licenses within 90 days of hire. A minimum of five years of experience in wealth management, financial advising, or client relationship roles within banking, investment services, or insurance is required, specifically serving high or ultra-high net worth individuals.
Preferred qualifications include active securities and life insurance licenses, a proven track record with affluent clients, strong communication abilities, and effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
