Conga is hiring a Customer Success Manager

About the Role

Drive customer success for a portfolio of global enterprises using revenue operations technology. This role focuses on building trusted relationships, guiding strategic adoption, and ensuring customers achieve measurable value from their software investment. You'll act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to understand their goals, align solutions to business outcomes, and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with complex, global customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion
  • Conduct in-depth adoption reviews to assess usage patterns and uncover opportunities for improvement
  • Lead joint planning sessions with stakeholders to align product use with business objectives
  • Facilitate roadmap discussions and value realization initiatives across customer organizations
  • Advocate internally on behalf of customers, ensuring technical issues are resolved efficiently
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and improve customer health
  • Coach clients through change, helping them adapt processes to maximize platform capabilities
  • Present insights and progress updates to contacts at all levels, from operational users to executives
  • Use data to track performance, measure success, and shape future success strategies

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years in customer success, ideally supporting enterprise clients in SaaS environments
  • Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and drive retention, satisfaction, and growth
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations, contract management, or CPQ platforms
  • Experience delivering product demonstrations and sharing best practices
  • Skill in translating technical capabilities into business value for diverse audiences
  • Project management or consulting background with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to analyze complex data and turn insights into actionable plans
  • Strong communication skills, with experience engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborative approach, working across sales, support, product, and marketing teams
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with product and industry trends

Preferred Background

  • Experience with CLM, CPQ, or revenue lifecycle platforms
  • Familiarity with the Conga product suite or similar SaaS solutions
  • Industry experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, or Technology sectors
  • Participation in professional development related to revenue operations
  • Holding relevant product certifications or a track record of technical upskilling
