As a trainee mechanic, you will play an active role in learning and supporting the maintenance, repair, and modernization of elevator and escalator systems. Working closely with an experienced mentor, you'll build practical knowledge of electronic and mechanical components and how they integrate into complex operational systems.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate daily with a skilled tutor to develop technical competencies and on-the-job problem-solving abilities.
- Study the design and function of electromechanical systems used across various elevator brands.
- Assist in repair and upgrade tasks, gaining exposure to diverse equipment and service scenarios.
- Engage with internal sales tools to monitor opportunities, track progress, and support sales forecasting.
- Participate in customer interactions, contribute to negotiations, and help ensure timely payment processing.
- Coordinate with field technicians and sales teams to align technical solutions with client needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing or completed education in a technical or business field, such as mechanical systems, electronics, or business administration.
- Initial experience selling technical products that require customer consultation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and relationship-building.
