IFS is hiring an Account Executive – New Business (Net-New), DACH

As an Account Executive focused on new business development, you will be responsible for generating fresh sales opportunities across the DACH market. Your primary focus will be acquiring net-new customers through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and solution-based conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and challenges

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closed deal

Requirements

You bring proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within enterprise software or industrial technology. Fluency in German and English is essential, with a solid understanding of local business practices in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive environments is expected. This role requires a self-starter who can operate independently while contributing to broader regional goals.
