Company is hiring a Global Payment Solutions Account Manager. In this role, you will ensure the global satisfaction of a portfolio of GPS clients, delivering superior service locally and globally. You will serve as the primary contact for complex queries, going beyond basic transactional issues.
What You'll Do
- Manage the liquidity and cash management needs of a portfolio of Financial Institutions, Multi-National Corporations, and Local Corporates.
- Maintain relationships with key influencers in the client’s local or regional Treasury and Finance organisation.
- Be accountable for the retention of annual revenue for your portfolio, including capturing opportunities and supporting growth.
- Identify opportunities to deliver Client Service excellence locally and regionally while effectively managing any risks and issues.
- Resolve assigned queries and monitor the completion of global and local basic queries assigned to others.
- Maintain a client footprint with the essential information required to deliver a superior client experience.
- Engage with your client’s operational and Treasury teams as needed.
- Gather and maintain intimate knowledge of your client’s Treasury operations and their interface with company products and services.
- Engage and work cross-functionally with internal partners like Operations, Technology, Sales, and Relationship Managers to coordinate client interactions.
- Develop and deliver standard Client Service Reviews using key metrics to proactively identify issues and trends.
