As an Account Executive focused on Latin America, you’ll play a central role in expanding a global platform tailored for retreat organizers and multi-day experience providers. Your focus will be identifying and engaging businesses worldwide, guiding them through a consultative sales process, and helping them unlock growth through smart, integrated solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead outbound sales efforts through calls and emails, targeting retreat and wellness travel operators
- Deliver personalized demos that address specific business challenges and goals
- Manage and advance your sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
- Follow up consistently to guide prospects from initial contact to closed deal
- Work closely with onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth client transitions
- Share real-world client insights with product and marketing teams to inform strategy
- Meet or exceed performance goals for outreach, demos, and revenue generation
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in high-volume, phone-based outbound sales
- Familiarity with B2B tech sales, particularly in SMB markets
- Hands-on experience with full sales cycles, including qualifying, presenting, and closing
- Background in inside sales using email and calling as primary channels
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- A genuine interest in supporting wellness-focused travel businesses
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional language skills are a strong plus
- Personal or professional experience in the wellness or retreat industry
- Existing network within the retreat or travel space
Compensation & Work Environment
This is a full-time fixed-term contract role for international contractors. The base salary is $20,000 USD annually, with uncapped commission. On-target earnings are projected at $50,000 in Year 1 and $80,000 in Year 2.
Work remotely with flexibility—up to four weeks per year can be spent working outside your home base. You’ll have access to cutting-edge tools, support for home office setup, and a two-week onboarding program with cross-functional teams.
