Shape sales effectiveness across Asia-Pacific by bridging global initiatives with regional realities. In this role, you'll refine and localize sales enablement materials to reflect the cultural, linguistic, and regulatory landscape of diverse APAC markets. You'll ensure that content from global teams is adapted appropriately—modifying case studies, terminology, and competitive context—so it resonates with local audiences and complies with regional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and adapt core training assets for regional relevance, removing US-specific idioms and ensuring clarity in international English
- Act as a cultural advisor, identifying US-led strategies unsuitable for APAC and recommending effective local alternatives
- Coordinate translation efforts with vendors or field marketing, ensuring nuanced accuracy in all localized content
- Lead live onboarding sessions for new hires in APAC time zones, reinforcing core messaging and addressing real-time questions
- Facilitate recurring skill-building workshops on negotiation, discovery, and product launches
- Partner with sales leaders to conduct call reviews and deliver targeted 1:1 coaching to improve performance
- Identify skill gaps through regular check-ins with regional leadership and escalate insights to global stakeholders
- Monitor learning platform engagement and ensure timely completion of required certifications
- Apply knowledge of regional regulations, including data privacy and labor laws, to enablement practices
