As an Associate Manager in Ad Sales, you will drive client acquisition and retention by understanding business objectives and crafting effective advertising strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention

- Enhance account value through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize results

What You Bring
- 0–2 years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in negotiation and presentations
- Familiarity with key digital advertising metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPA, impressions, and CTR
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate findings into clear recommendations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint for reporting and planning
- A self-starter mindset with a focus on achieving targets and continuous learning
