Lead sales strategy and market expansion for a fast-growing satellite 5G IoT provider across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East & Africa region. In this high-impact role, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and converting key opportunities in sectors including Oil & Gas, Utilities, Maritime, and Industry 4.0.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy to achieve and exceed revenue and backlog goals.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Gain deep insight into regional market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning to guide sales planning and segmentation.
- Deliver strategic market intelligence to inform business planning and product development decisions.
- Design and lead initiatives that align regional sales efforts with global corporate objectives.
- Forge relationships with new and existing clients, managing long-term engagement and repeat business.
- Collaborate across internal teams to align resources and ensure successful delivery of customer solutions.
- Report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates on performance, forecasts, and market developments.
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least five years of proven success selling satellite or mobile telecommunications solutions into M2M markets. Experience in the Middle East is essential, with a demonstrated ability to open new markets and close complex deals.
- Background in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Strong strategic mindset with a track record of self-driven business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in English is required; additional regional languages are an asset.
- An MBA may strengthen your application but is not required.
