What You’ll Do
- Conduct warm outreach to pre-qualified leads who have engaged with marketing campaigns
- Use question-led discovery to uncover challenges, motivations, and decision drivers
- Schedule and coordinate product presentations, ensuring leads are prepared for closer conversations
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline progress
- Attend daily sales syncs to review performance, refine strategy, and study call recordings
- Deepen product knowledge through ongoing training and coaching sessions

What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 months of experience in appointment setting or consultative sales, preferably in high-ticket environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
