In this role, you will manage a defined territory across Trier, Saarbrücken, and Heidelberg, focusing on long-term growth for transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies. You’ll serve as the primary liaison for a network of healthcare professionals, delivering strategic value through deep clinical understanding and proactive planning.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end account strategy for key hospitals and referral centers, aligning clinical needs with business objectives
- Build trusted relationships with surgeons, cardiologists, and care teams to support adoption of innovative treatments
- Identify performance gaps and opportunities to exceed sales and market penetration goals
- Collaborate across functions to execute short- and long-term regional plans with precision
- Drive new business development within existing accounts by anticipating evolving clinical demands
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in medical device sales with a focus on complex, relationship-driven environments
- Strong ability to communicate, influence, and present at all organizational levels
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Background
- Familiarity with cardiology or structural heart disease
- Experience in a cath lab setting or similar clinical environment
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the region and occasionally across Germany
