Role Overview
This position is part of a global sales team focused on maximizing value from the existing customer base. The representative will engage directly with current clients and channel partners through outbound calls and emails, supporting long-term service renewals and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular outreach via phone and email to customers and partners to support renewal campaigns and service adoption
- Analyze subscription data and installed product records to identify renewal opportunities and improve active subscriber rates
- Act as a central point of contact for inquiries related to the installed customer base, ensuring accurate information flows to sales teams
- Collaborate with internal departments and regional sales leaders to align renewal efforts with broader business goals
- Support improvements in lifecycle management practices across partner networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships by applying knowledge of technology offerings and customer needs
- Document initiatives and track progress for projects tied to customer retention and expansion
- Use cross-functional resources effectively to deliver results and support strategic objectives
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven skill in managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and driving tasks to completion
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable plans
- Active listening skills with the capacity to draw meaningful conclusions from customer and partner interactions
- Self-starter mentality with follow-through on assigned projects
- Proficiency in learning new software and sales tools
- Experience working effectively across teams and functions
