SonicWall is hiring a Renewal Inside Sales Rep

Role Overview

This position is part of a global sales team focused on maximizing value from the existing customer base. The representative will engage directly with current clients and channel partners through outbound calls and emails, supporting long-term service renewals and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular outreach via phone and email to customers and partners to support renewal campaigns and service adoption
  • Analyze subscription data and installed product records to identify renewal opportunities and improve active subscriber rates
  • Act as a central point of contact for inquiries related to the installed customer base, ensuring accurate information flows to sales teams
  • Collaborate with internal departments and regional sales leaders to align renewal efforts with broader business goals
  • Support improvements in lifecycle management practices across partner networks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships by applying knowledge of technology offerings and customer needs
  • Document initiatives and track progress for projects tied to customer retention and expansion
  • Use cross-functional resources effectively to deliver results and support strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven skill in managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and driving tasks to completion
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable plans
  • Active listening skills with the capacity to draw meaningful conclusions from customer and partner interactions
  • Self-starter mentality with follow-through on assigned projects
  • Proficiency in learning new software and sales tools
  • Experience working effectively across teams and functions
  • Motivation and genuine interest in sales performance and customer success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in technology sales or a related field
