The role involves managing the coordination of scheduled system downtimes, ensuring all preparation steps are completed on time and as expected. This position supports the RNG team by improving coordination workflows and using tools to enhance operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Monitor key information sources to verify that all downtime preparation steps are completed on schedule and meet established requirements.
- Inform stakeholders and involved parties of critical maintenance plans, commitments, and any changes to timelines or scope.
- Serve as a point of contact for communicating downtime details to both internal and external clients.
- Conduct pre-execution checks to confirm client readiness and ensure successful completion of downtime activities.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Support teams to coordinate and support downtime processes across all stages.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all maintenance coordination activities and related documentation.
- Produce various reports based on downtime and maintenance data to meet organizational reporting needs.
- Perform additional tasks as deemed necessary or assigned by Support Managers, the Head of Support, or management.
Requirements
- Familiarity with project delivery and acceptance procedures in a fast-paced business setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Upper-Intermediate level or higher in English language proficiency.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to take responsibility for assigned duties.
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work processes.
- High level of accuracy and focus on detail.
- Motivation to grow both technical and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or programming languages such as Python is advantageous but not required.
