About the Role

Happy Money is hiring a Global Client Director to manage and grow relationships with strategic clients, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional client experiences. This role focuses on leading account strategies for top-tier accounts globally.

What You'll Do

  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships across global client organizations, serving as the primary contact and strategic advisor.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive global account plans that align client goals with Happy Money's offerings.
  • Consistently exceed sales and revenue targets by identifying new opportunities and managing complex deal cycles.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Happy Money's product portfolio, client industries, and emerging technologies.
  • Partner closely with marketing, customer success, product, and solution consulting teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Leverage data and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to monitor performance, forecast revenue, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Represent Happy Money at client sites, industry events, and executive meetings to strengthen partnerships and secure renewals.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 9–12 years of proven success in SaaS sales and account management, with a focus on high-value, strategic accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in ROI modelling and persuasive quantitative techniques.
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar global client portfolios and achieving or exceeding revenue targets in B2B technology, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted C-suite relationships and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled in using CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to travel >50% as business needs require.
  • Role requires moderate physical capacity: 20–50 lbs – frequent lifting, bending, or standing.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in United States.

  • MBA preferred.

This is a remote position. The candidate must be located in the United Kingdom.
