As Regional Manager for Prenatal Diagnostics, you will build and lead a high-impact sales team focused on advancing a revolutionary single-gene NIPT test. Covering RI, VT, ME, NH, and MA, you'll design and execute targeted strategies that drive market penetration and adoption among OBGYNs, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and genetic counselors.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement a data-driven sales plan to grow market share across the region
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of field representatives, setting clear performance goals and supporting their professional growth
- Create tailored messaging and engagement approaches for key prenatal care providers
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to refine outreach and improve results
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align field strategy with broader business objectives
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of sales management experience in molecular diagnostics or genetics, with direct sales to women’s health providers
- Proven success in building teams and exceeding sales targets in competitive healthcare markets
- Strong analytical abilities and experience using data to guide decision-making and forecast growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both clinical and executive audiences
- Self-driven with strategic vision and a track record of execution excellence
- Comfortable in fast-moving, evolving environments—ideally within a startup or early-stage company
