QGD 1 Manufacturing is hiring a Client Services Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate all marketing requests. You will manage project execution through continual client communication via face-to-face meetings, email, phone, and video conferencing.
What You'll Do
- Execute day-to-day tactical projects for circular-based signage, specialty signage, and related digital tactics.
- Traffic projects between the client, production, and creative personnel, seeking proper approvals.
- Develop and manage project timelines and task lists.
- Assume responsibility for basic administrative duties for each project.
- Coordinate and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collect project specifications from the client and accurately communicate them to internal and external departments.
- Proof creative material to ensure specifications match estimates and cross-check for errors.
- Keep your manager aware of project status on an as-needed basis.
- Quickly learn to use internal project tracking software to ensure scheduled dates are met.
- Communicate with the clients’ on-site advertising specialists.
- Attend meetings as directed by the Manager Client Services or Operations Manager.
- Assist in other project assignments as approved by the Director or Manager Client Services.
- Work with all support departments to execute duties and client requests on behalf of the Client Services team.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in advertising, graphic design, communication, marketing, or a related field.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new computer systems and proprietary software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of retail structure and operations.
- Knowledge of circular production, direct mail, collateral, and POS signage.
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Effective time-management and prioritization skills.

- Some experience in account coordination.

Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly compensation: $24.04 - $28.85
