QGD 1 Manufacturing is hiring a Client Services Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate their marketing requests. You will maintain continual communication to understand project details and ensure smooth execution.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day tactical project execution for circular-based signage, specialty signage, and related digital tactics.
- Traffic projects between the client, production, and creative teams, and seek proper approvals.
- Develop and manage project timelines and task lists.
- Handle basic administrative duties for each project.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collect project specifications from clients and communicate them accurately to internal and external departments.
- Proof creative material to ensure it matches estimated specifications and check for errors.
- Keep your Manager aware of project status as needed.
- Learn internal project tracking software to ensure scheduled dates are met.
- Communicate with clients’ on-site advertising specialists.
- Attend meetings as directed by the Manager Client Services or Operations Manager.
- Assist with other project assignments as approved by the Director or Manager Client Services.
- Work with all support departments to execute the duties and requests of the Client Services team on behalf of client objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish) are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, graphic design, communication, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new computer systems and proprietary software.
- Understanding of retail structure and operations.
- Knowledge of circular production, direct mail, collateral, and POS signage.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective time-management and prioritization skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Some experience in account coordination.

This role reports to the Client Services Manager or Operations Manager.
Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly pay range: $24.04 - $28.85
