Key Responsibilities
- Develop and carry out recruitment plans tailored to specific business units and regional needs

- Assess return on investment across sourcing channels to guide future recruitment planning

Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment and talent sourcing
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions
- Solid understanding of direct sourcing methods and structured interviewing
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and online sourcing tools
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Advanced competence in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Capable of interpreting data, generating insights, and producing clear reports
