Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by identifying prospects, advancing leads with urgency, and closing strategic deals
- Assess client challenges and align them with available service capabilities to build compelling, differentiated proposals
- Develop and execute territory plans that support broader business objectives
- Maintain deep awareness of regulatory shifts, tax policy updates, and competitive dynamics to position as a trusted advisor
- Use CRM tools rigorously to track interactions, forecast accurately, and deepen customer insights
- Deliver clear, professional presentations to senior executives and decision-makers
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
- Fluency in Mandarin is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data management and reporting
Work Environment and Flexibility
