About the Role

Lead the expansion of enterprise tax solutions across South China by identifying and converting high-value opportunities. This role centers on proactive prospecting, strategic relationship building, and managing full-cycle sales to meet aggressive revenue targets. Based in Shenzhen or Guangzhou, the ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments and excels at turning complex customer needs into tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by identifying prospects, advancing leads with urgency, and closing strategic deals
  • Assess client challenges and align them with available service capabilities to build compelling, differentiated proposals
  • Develop and execute territory plans that support broader business objectives
  • Maintain deep awareness of regulatory shifts, tax policy updates, and competitive dynamics to position as a trusted advisor
  • Use CRM tools rigorously to track interactions, forecast accurately, and deepen customer insights
  • Deliver clear, professional presentations to senior executives and decision-makers

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data management and reporting

Work Environment and Flexibility

This position supports flexible work arrangements, including remote work for up to eight weeks annually. Candidates must be based in Shenzhen or Guangzhou and available for local client engagement.
