About the Role

Role Overview

As a Service Technician, you will deliver technical support to customers in the Food & Beverage industry throughout Greece. Your responsibilities will include maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing dosing equipment and hygiene solutions to ensure reliable and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine maintenance and on-site service visits to keep equipment functioning at peak levels.
  • Identify technical faults and resolve them promptly, including responding to urgent service requests.
  • Assist in setting up new systems, ensuring correct installation, calibration, and operational readiness.
  • Educate customers on the safe and effective use of equipment and hygiene technologies.
  • Maintain awareness of industry developments and strengthen relationships with OEM partners.
  • Work closely with internal technical and sales teams to support customer success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance and mechanical installations.
  • Strong ability to analyze and resolve technical problems.
  • Willingness to travel within Greece for up to two weeks each month.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in both Greek and English, spoken and written.
  • Background in customer-facing technical roles.
  • Formal electrical qualification or equivalent technical certification.
  • Valid B-category driver’s license with a clean record.

Work Environment

This is a locally based role, with primary operations centered in Athens or nearby areas. Regular travel across Greece is required. You will operate within a collaborative, technically focused culture that values customer satisfaction, continuous learning, and teamwork.
