Marelli is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Supply Chain & Logistics AL&S team. Reporting to the Logistic Manager, you will supervise the customer service and production planning team, ensuring on-time delivery, managing customer demand, and maintaining compliance with key industry standards.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and train the customer service team and production planning staff.
- Maintain optimal customer rating levels and ensure achievement of production plan goals.
- Handle customer escalations and lead critical recovery plans.
- Ensure timely shipments and minimize expedited shipments due to logistics issues.
- Review customer demand, propose coverage policies, and manage inventory to maintain an optimal level.
- Ensure release and adherence to the production plan and implement techniques for stable operations.
- Analyze, update, and maintain SIOP (or o9) and ensure planning does not exceed customer requirements.
- Participate in and promote compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, MMS, ISO 50001, TISAX, CSR, and CTPAT.
- Provide high-quality customer care, efficiently resolving inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate the flow of requests within the team, ensuring compliance with service standards and response times.
- Accurately manage customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive solutions and a positive customer experience.
- Propose improvements in service processes and prepare periodic reports on incidents, satisfaction, and KPIs.
- Stay updated on company products and foster a service-oriented culture.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree.
- 90% proficiency in spoken and written English.
- 5 years in the automotive industry and in a similar position.
- 10 years in a similar or equivalent position (as experience substituting education).
- Knowledge of IATF-16949, ISO-14001, ISO-45001, MMS, SAP, CPIM, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle complaints.
- Clear and effective communication skills (verbal and written).
- A customer-oriented approach and proactive attitude.
- Efficient time and priority management and ability to work under pressure.
