Join a forward-thinking team as a Bilingual Sales Representative focused on expanding market reach across South America. In this role, you’ll lead both inbound and outbound sales initiatives, identifying new business prospects and converting them into long-term partnerships. Your fluency in Spanish and English will be essential as you engage with retail partners, distributors, and online merchants in diverse business environments.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business development by targeting and securing partnerships throughout South America
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead follow-up to negotiation and closing—using structured, data-informed processes
- Deliver product demonstrations and tailored presentations to decision-makers in retail and e-commerce
- Use CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive to track interactions, forecast accurately, and maintain pipeline clarity
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion performance
- Stay current on regional e-commerce trends and adapt tactics to meet evolving customer needs
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with demonstrated professionalism in client-facing communication
- At least two years of sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, digital retail, or online marketplace environments
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, and how digital storefronts operate
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to sales
Preferred Background
- Direct experience selling into or supporting Latin American markets
- Exposure to sales automation tools and remote collaboration in agile settings
