This role is central to scaling pipeline generation through technical innovation. You'll architect and manage a signal-based GTM engine that leverages AI, automation, and real-time data to identify and convert high-intent accounts. Working at the intersection of Growth, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, you'll design systems that directly influence revenue outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale AIQLs (AI-qualified leads) as a core pipeline source, using behavioral and usage signals to identify new opportunities
- Design and deploy autonomous agents in Clay to surface in-market intent and support sales outreach
- Develop and maintain GTM Pulse, a recurring report that tracks credit burn and product usage as leading indicators
- Integrate intent signals across GTM platforms and configure real-time alerts for sales teams
- Create scalable automations that connect CRM, marketing tools, and data pipelines using APIs and scripting
- Collaborate across functions to test, iterate, and deploy solutions that improve win rates and new logo acquisition
- Own the technical architecture of GTM workflows, ensuring reliability and performance at scale
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in a technical growth or GTM engineering role with hands-on experience in automation and data systems
- Proven ability to design and manage integrations between CRM, marketing platforms, and custom data pipelines
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Clay, HubSpot, and prospecting or enrichment tools
- Solid understanding of lead scoring, routing logic, and sales engagement workflows
- Experience using AI agents to detect patterns that improve conversion and pipeline velocity
- Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with a bias for action and rapid iteration
- Basic knowledge of databases and experience working in startup or high-growth settings
- Scripting experience in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with modern GTM frameworks and growth literature is a plus

This position is available in multiple locations, with compensation adjusted based on geography. Candidates in Costa Rica can expect a salary range of $47,000 – $68,000 USD annually, with eligibility for merit-based increases and annual bonuses.
