Root Financial is seeking a Client Service Coordinator for an entry-level, 9-month program designed to transition you into a Client Service Associate position. In this critical operational role, you will support our firm's clients and colleagues by managing service-related requests and gaining hands-on experience in financial services workflows.
What You'll Do
- Process HubSpot tickets in line with established workflows and SLAs.
- Prepare and assist with account applications, beneficiary updates, address changes, and other service tasks.
- Collaborate with Client Service Associates to ensure paperwork readiness.
- Contribute to team capacity during coverage periods, such as during colleague PTO.
- Execute approved client-facing tasks and independently complete forms during the final development phase.
- Maintain a positive, eager-to-learn attitude while honing skills for future advancement.
