Shae Group is hiring a Senior Digital Designer - Remote (Contractor)

Human Intelligence is hiring a Senior Digital Designer as a contractor to create high-conversion marketing assets and visual systems. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows, focusing on designing and optimizing email templates, social graphics, and web funnels while maintaining a modular design system for our global, fast-paced, and future-focused team.

What You'll Do

• Design and optimize high-converting email templates and campaign assets in Go High Level (GHL).
• Deliver visual systems for web, social, ads, decks, and funnel pages; maintain a modular design system.
• Run A/B tests, package deliverables with clear specs, and ensure smooth hand-off to Marketing Ops & Developers.
• Introduce AI tooling to accelerate design workflows and maintain high quality and accessibility standards.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in digital and brand design with a strong portfolio across email, web, and social.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with GHL email design and CRM-integrated campaigns.
• Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, A/B testing, and metrics-driven design; excellent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with After Effects / Premiere for short-form video assets.
• Familiarity with Webflow, Framer, or basic HTML/CSS for funnel implementations.

Team & Environment

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation: USD $1000–$1500 per month.
• Performance incentives: USD $500 per month for KPI over-performance.
• Paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote contractor position. We have a preference for candidates based in the Philippines; South East Asia; Poland; Romania; or Ukraine.
