Shape People Strategy in a High-Growth Tech Environment
This role partners closely with mid-level and emerging leaders across Devices, Product, and Technology to ensure organizational effectiveness and talent readiness. You’ll align People initiatives with business objectives, helping teams scale thoughtfully while maintaining agility and focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise leaders on talent planning, performance trends, and leadership development to strengthen team outcomes
- Assess organizational health through data and direct engagement, identifying areas for improvement
- Coach managers to lead with accountability, empathy, and clarity through change and growth
- Design and implement solutions that enhance people processes, using data and AI tools to inform decisions
- Support change management efforts by guiding teams through transitions with tailored strategies
- Collaborate across functions to advance company-wide People initiatives and cultural priorities
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of experience as a People Business Partner, preferably in tech-driven or product-focused organizations
- Proven ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguity with confidence
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel use and fluency with AI-powered people tools
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for adapting your approach to different audiences
- A track record of building practical, data-informed solutions to complex organizational challenges
- Integrity, transparency, and a direct communication style that fosters trust
- Project management experience balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
- Flexibility to engage outside standard hours when collaborating across time zones
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations Monday through Thursday. Some positions may require full-time office presence based on team needs.
