What You'll Do
Take ownership of financial planning and analysis, shaping budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization. You’ll gather input from multiple departments, build comprehensive financial models, and deliver consolidated reports that reflect the company’s performance at a group level.
Analyze historical and current financial data—including revenue, costs, profitability, and regional performance—to identify trends and opportunities. Translate findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders, supporting strategic decisions with data.
Prepare detailed financial presentations for management, investors, and the Board of Directors. Collaborate with teams across the business to refine reporting practices, automate workflows, and improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial controls.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in financial control, consulting, or a comparable analytical role
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience applying AI tools such as Claude AI or Gemini to streamline financial tasks and enhance productivity
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and regulatory standards
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, with a focus on scalable reporting solutions
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively
- Self-driven mindset with a track record of identifying issues and leading improvements
- Strategic thinker who can connect financial outcomes to operational inputs across departments
Preferred Experience
Background in startups or e-commerce environments is an advantage, particularly in high-growth or scaling phases.
