What You'll Do
Shape and lead the end-to-end commercial strategy for the Mongolian market, translating organizational objectives into actionable plans that deliver sustainable growth. Develop a multi-year roadmap informed by deep understanding of local consumer behavior, channel dynamics, and competitive forces.
Drive execution across route-to-market, revenue growth management, and channel strategy, ensuring brand initiatives, pricing, packaging, and in-store activation are effectively implemented. Design and manage frameworks that align field execution with strategic goals, maintaining consistency across customer segments and trade channels.
Serve as the key liaison between regional leadership and local bottler teams, ensuring operational alignment and the adoption of best practices. Lead pilot programs, oversee equipment deployment, and scale successful models across the market. Establish performance tracking systems, including KPIs and business reviews, to monitor progress and adapt strategies in real time.
Strengthen frontline capabilities by developing sales tools, training programs, and coaching frameworks. Promote digital adoption, sales force automation, and process efficiencies to improve decision-making and execution quality. Foster collaboration across functions and with external partners, building shared accountability and system-wide commercial excellence.
Requirements
Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Bring at least six years of progressive experience in FMCG, with a proven record in commercial strategy, planning, and field execution.
Demonstrate strong expertise in revenue growth management, channel economics, and portfolio strategy. Show success in influencing cross-organizational teams without direct authority, particularly in partner-led or bottler-operated environments. Possess sharp analytical skills and the ability to convert data into clear, actionable plans.
Be fluent in both English and Mongolian, with the ability to thrive in multicultural, cross-functional settings. Exhibit a growth mindset, with a focus on agility, curiosity, and inclusive leadership.
