What You'll Do
Take ownership of the global affiliate channel, steering revenue, profitability, and long-term strategy across all markets. Define a clear vision that aligns with overarching business goals and adapt quickly to shifting industry dynamics.
Design and refine commercial models—including CPA, RevShare, hybrid structures, and influencer partnerships—ensuring they remain competitive and scalable. Lead negotiations with key partners to secure sustainable, high-value agreements.
Manage a distributed team of 13–15 direct and dotted-line reports, fostering a culture of accountability, speed, and collaboration. Support professional development and ensure seamless execution across remote and office-based environments.
Work closely with Country Teams, Brand, Paid Media, Product, BI, and Compliance to align affiliate performance with broader marketing initiatives. Champion data-driven decision-making and help optimize forecasting, budgeting, and attribution frameworks across regions.
Requirements
You bring 7–10+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming sector, with exposure to multiple geographies and large-scale portfolios. You’ve managed multimillion-euro budgets and delivered consistent revenue growth through strategic deal-making and performance optimization.
Proven leadership in commercial roles is essential, with strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex partner ecosystems. You’re comfortable guiding teams across international markets and thrive in fast-moving, regulated environments.
A solid grasp of attribution models, KPI frameworks, and compliance standards is required. You understand how to balance innovation with regulatory rigor across diverse markets.
Technical Stack
Proficiency in Excel, affiliate platforms such as NetRefer or equivalent, GA4, Tableau, and Power BI is expected to support data analysis and performance tracking.
