About the Role

What You'll Do

Manage a designated portfolio of agency partners across your territory, focusing on long-term relationship development and measurable growth. Create and implement strategic business plans that increase premium volume, improve agent performance, and enhance retention through consultative outreach.

Expand market presence by engaging with key decision-makers, including agency leaders, State Farm partners, national brokers, and industry influencers. Represent the brand at industry events, car shows, and professional gatherings, delivering presentations and building awareness through local networking initiatives.

Collaborate with regional teams, marketing, product specialists, and national partners to align strategies and achieve sales goals. Equip agents with the tools, training, and product knowledge they need to succeed, including guidance on underwriting standards and platform systems like Salesforce and DriveTrain.

Analyze sales data and territory performance to identify trends, adjust tactics, and deliver actionable insights to leadership. Prepare comprehensive reports on results, competitive dynamics, and market shifts. Champion the organization’s mission by promoting car culture and supporting initiatives that keep driving accessible and enjoyable.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or territory management
  • Strong ability to build trust and influence through consultative communication
  • Strategic mindset with comfort interpreting data to guide decisions
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, DriveTrain, and MS Office applications
  • Willingness to travel regularly with a valid driver’s license
  • Insurance license is required
  • Understanding of public company compliance standards such as Sarbanes-Oxley, where applicable
