As the Account Lead for the Middle East, you will shape the future of fintech integration in travel by partnering directly with airline clients. Your primary focus will be understanding partner objectives, guiding product development, and ensuring successful deployment of financial solutions that boost ancillary revenue and improve customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with airline partners, identifying opportunities to expand fintech offerings and address evolving business needs.
- Lead the end-to-end development of new financial products, from concept to launch, aligning internal teams and partner goals to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Enhance existing solutions by analyzing performance data, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements that drive adoption and revenue.
- Manage complex product rollouts across multiple accounts, overseeing timelines, stakeholder coordination, documentation, testing, and issue resolution.
- Use analytical tools to generate insights that inform product strategy and optimization, ensuring decisions are grounded in data.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to ensure cohesive delivery and a seamless partner experience.
- Monitor trends in fintech and travel to anticipate shifts and identify areas for innovation and differentiation.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing strategic partnerships with measurable results.

- Native-level proficiency in Arabic and fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly across Middle East and North American teams.
