What You'll Do
Lead the full project lifecycle for digital initiatives, from scoping to delivery, serving clients primarily in the Middle East. You'll translate client needs into actionable work orders and ensure execution aligns with capacity and timelines.
Develop business proposals with a focus on value and profitability, while identifying opportunities to deepen client partnerships. Manage resource allocation across teams of 10–15 members, planning for absences and shifts in availability to maintain continuity.
Act as the central point of contact between clients and internal units including design, development, and analytics. Gather progress updates, resolve blockers, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Oversee billing accuracy, monitor budget usage, and track hours against allocations. Flag discrepancies early and support timely invoicing and receivables follow-up.
Use agile methodologies with 1–2 week sprints, managing workflows in Jira and time-tracking systems. Contribute to refining project management tools and processes, especially those integrating AI-driven approaches.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a digital agency or tech setting involving UX/UI, development, and research
- Direct experience managing projects for clients in the MENA region, with cultural and business context awareness
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Polish (C1/C2 level)
- Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams with a product-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Productive as a project management platform
- Solid grasp of current technology capabilities and limitations in digital product delivery
