As an Account Manager, you'll create and manage your own prospect list, reaching out across North America through targeted outbound calling to grow the customer base. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a broad network of prospects through independent research and direct outreach
- Conduct regular outbound calls to businesses in Canada and the U.S. to introduce and expand service offerings
- Cultivate long-term client relationships by actively listening, advising, and tailoring solutions to evolving needs
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, enhancing both customer value and profitability
What We’re Looking For
You bring at least two years of sales experience focused on mid-to-large accounts, with a track record in managing extended sales cycles. You’re comfortable operating independently, adapting quickly to change, and taking ownership of your results. A genuine interest in technology and a commitment to staying current with industry advancements are essential.
