Responsibilities
- Achieve substantial double-digit revenue growth across North America, Europe, APAC, and MEA regions.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a globally dispersed team focused on sales and business pursuits.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from market analysis and account strategy to executive outreach, solution presentation, pricing models, and final contract execution.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives at global financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, capital markets firms, and fintech providers.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts and delivery leadership to define and implement targeted market entry strategies.
- Strengthen and utilize strategic partnerships with major cloud providers, enterprise platforms, and integration firms to expand market reach.
- Negotiate and structure large, long-term transformation initiatives, managed services, and performance-driven contracts.
- Deliver executive-level reporting on sales pipeline performance, win and loss analysis, and competitive landscape insights.
