As the Senior Program Manager for Global Clinical Training and Programming in the EMEA region, you will shape the strategy and execution of mental health education initiatives that serve diverse populations. Your work will ensure training is delivered with cultural sensitivity, operational efficiency, and measurable outcomes across multiple time zones and languages.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end project management for non-US clinical training programs, aligning global delivery with regional needs
- Design and implement a sustainable training strategy that supports international growth and adapts to evolving client demands
- Coordinate virtual event logistics, including platform setup, provider engagement, and multilingual material preparation
- Partner with major clients to guide training planning, working alongside internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborate with US-based program leads to ensure cohesive global programming and shared best practices
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess program effectiveness and inform improvements
- Take a lead role in organizing global initiatives around key events such as World Mental Health Day
Requirements
- Holding a clinical license or recognized equivalent in your country of residence
- 3–5 years of experience in facilitation, instructional design, or event coordination
- Deep understanding of global mental health challenges and cross-cultural program adaptation
- Proven ability to solve complex, multifaceted problems with limited precedent and evolving data
- Strong communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders, including senior internal and external partners
- Expertise in program management, data analysis, and evaluation methodologies
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, and virtual event platforms
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks
- Experience assessing training impact through structured evaluation techniques
Work Mode
This role operates remotely within the EMEA region, with up to 30% travel required for in-person training sessions and client engagements. The position supports a globally connected team with flexible coordination across time zones.
