London, United Kingdom Remote (Global) Full-time £45,000 - £60,000

Tasman Analytics is hiring a Delivery Manager

About the Role

What You'll Do

Oversee the operational health of 5–8 concurrent client engagements, identifying risks and dependencies early to prevent disruptions. Step in to resolve blockers quickly—whether by coordinating conversations, chasing missing input, or escalating appropriately.

Design and lead delivery rituals that align with how data teams actually work, avoiding one-size-fits-all approaches. Ensure every project starts smoothly and ends cleanly by managing onboarding and offboarding logistics, so delivery teams can focus on their core work.

Continuously improve internal systems and tooling to support, not hinder, team productivity. Leverage AI to automate routine documentation and communication tasks—meeting notes, summaries, status updates—and refine these workflows as tools evolve.

Requirements

You take quiet pride in making complex operations run seamlessly. You notice when processes create friction and feel compelled to fix them. Communication comes naturally—you share updates proactively, not just when asked.

Organisation and curiosity are core to how you work. You’re energised by using AI as a fundamental part of your workflow, not just an add-on. Clear, precise writing is essential, as others will depend on your documentation and updates to make decisions.

Benefits

  • Home office budget: £1,000 (UK) or €1,200 (Netherlands)
  • Annual training budget: £1,000 (UK) or €1,200 (Netherlands)
  • Well-being benefit: £400 (UK) or €500 (Netherlands) per year
  • Sport and refreshment allowance: £50/month (UK) or €60/month (Netherlands)
  • Employer pension contribution: 5% (UK), with 3% employee contribution
  • 25 days holiday plus public holidays
  • Remote-first environment with optional access to offices in London and Amsterdam
  • Transparent pay bands and promotion based on documented outcomes
  • Structured hiring and commitment to inclusion across backgrounds and working styles
  • Opportunities to work across industries and problem domains

Compensation & Work Environment

Salary range: £45,000–£60,000 (UK) or €49,000–€65,000 (Netherlands). Full-time contractors in other European countries receive equivalent total compensation. This role is remote-first, with flexibility to work from home or co-working spaces. We trust team members to manage their time effectively and prioritise outcomes over presence.

Company Culture

We build solutions that clients can own and operate independently—avoiding dependency by design. Decision-making is fast, with minimal bureaucracy. Team members have real ownership over their work and gain exposure across sectors. AI is embedded in daily operations, not treated as an afterthought. We value diversity, transparency, and structured processes that support fairness and growth.

About company
Tasman Analytics
Tasman is a data consultancy that embeds into fast-growing companies and builds the analytics capabilities they need to make better decisions. Our clients are typically ambitious organisations that have outgrown what they have — and we work across a wide range of industries and problem types, which means the work stays genuinely varied. We operate as an interim data team, not an advisory one. That means we build things: data platforms, models, dashboards, agents, analysis, and the infrastructure that connects them. AI is a core part of how everyone at Tasman works — not a tool we bolt on, but something that lets us deliver more of what actually matters. Everything we build is designed to be owned and run by the client when we leave. We call this anti-dependency: doing the job properly means the client doesn't need us any more. We're remote-first, with offices in London and Amsterdam. Most of the team works from home or a co-working space of their choosing — we trust people to manage their own time and understand that life doesn't always arrange itself around working hours. Tasman is a small team doing work that would usually require a much larger one: genuine ownership, fast decisions, and very little organisational overhead. Because we embed across many different clients and sectors simultaneously, the problems are always varied and the exposure is broad. We're serious about building a team where people with different backgrounds, identities, and working styles can do their best work — structured hiring, transparent pay bands, promotion on documented evidence. Fully bootstrapped and profitable, with a team of around 25 people.
