What You'll Do
Shape and manage a comprehensive enablement strategy that equips sales, account management, and customer success teams with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively position and sell advanced restaurant technology solutions. Design ongoing training programs that evolve with product updates, ensuring teams stay current and confident.
Develop practical resources such as sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, and objection-handling guides in collaboration with Product Marketing. Lead the rollout of new features by creating targeted launch plans that prepare go-to-market teams ahead of release.
Build and refine onboarding curricula for new hires, enabling rapid ramp-up across customer-facing roles. Deliver continuous reinforcement sessions to maintain high levels of product fluency and messaging consistency.
Oversee PAR Academy, the company’s customer learning platform, by developing role-based training paths for operators, IT staff, and managers. Create engaging courses, certifications, and how-to content that drive customer proficiency and long-term product adoption.
Use data to assess training impact, tracking completion rates and measuring influence on customer success and retention. Continuously refresh materials based on product changes, user feedback, and performance insights.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or customer education within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience designing and scaling training programs that support complex technology products
- Ability to distill technical concepts into clear, actionable learning content for diverse audiences
- Experience working with Product Marketing to align training with messaging and competitive strategy
- Hands-on management of a learning management system (LMS) or customer education platform
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to lead cross-functionally across Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Skilled in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong organizational and project management abilities
