Drive revenue innovation through AI as a ZRA Specialist, serving as the primary technical and strategic advisor for Zoom Revenue Accelerator. You'll partner directly with sales teams and customer leadership to identify opportunities where AI can enhance sales performance, then design and implement tailored solutions that align with business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the go-to expert for Zoom Revenue Accelerator, translating technical capabilities into business value for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with sales leadership and revenue teams to assess current processes and co-develop AI-powered workflows
- Lead demonstrations and technical discussions that illustrate how AI can improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline velocity, and coaching effectiveness
- Design and deploy customized AI implementations using ZRA and AI Companion, integrated with CRM and sales engagement platforms
- Support proof-of-concept initiatives and workshops that validate performance improvements and drive adoption
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration with existing tech stacks, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and Gong
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of five years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or sales technology consulting for enterprise organizations
- Proven experience engaging with CROs, VPs of Sales, and Sales Ops in strategic revenue discussions
- Solid grasp of CRM platforms and sales tech ecosystems, with hands-on experience in system integrations
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with agentic workflows and API-based integrations is a strong plus
- A self-starter mindset with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments
