About the Role

Zoom is looking for a ZRA Specialist to serve as the field-facing expert on Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA)—our AI-powered platform for revenue teams. In this quota-carrying role, you will blend consultative enterprise selling with AI solution design, helping customers operationalize intelligent workflows that drive measurable business outcomes. You'll join an environment that operates with startup-style agility guided by principles of trust, transparency, and privacy.

What You'll Do

  • Be the field-facing expert on Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA).
  • Combine consultative enterprise selling with AI solution design.
  • Help customers operationalize intelligent workflows that drive measurable business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or sales technology consulting with enterprise customers.
  • Proven ability to engage CROs, VPs of Sales, and Sales Operations leaders in strategic discussions about revenue performance.
  • Understanding of sales process design, forecasting, pipeline management, and coaching analytics.
  • Conceptual and operational knowledge of CRM and sales engagement systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and Gong.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex AI concepts for business audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Zoom’s AI stack and a working knowledge of agentic workflows.
  • Experience coordinating POCs or workshops that demonstrate measurable business outcomes.
  • Understanding of API-level integrations across sales tech ecosystems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—thrives in a fast-moving, startup-style environment within a global enterprise.
