Directive is hiring a Sales Operations Strategist (Remote US)

About the Role

Shape the backbone of revenue operations for high-growth clients as a Sales Operations Strategist. You'll take ownership of Salesforce implementation at the technical level, turning strategic blueprints into fully functional CRM environments that drive measurable revenue outcomes. Working within a performance-driven agency model, your work directly impacts how sales teams scale and perform.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate RevOps strategies into precise Salesforce configurations, including Flows, automation logic, and reporting structures
  • Ensure data accuracy, lead routing integrity, and system reliability across multiple client environments
  • Test and deploy changes using sandbox environments before pushing to production
  • Collaborate with leadership to execute go-to-market architectures with technical precision
  • Maintain rigorous quality control, double-checking every deployment for consistency and performance

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and strategic configuration
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator credential
  • Deep mastery of Salesforce Flows and automation tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects with tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal comprehension skills
  • Reliable remote work setup with consistent internet access

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in SaaS or client-facing consultancy
  • Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder certification
  • Familiarity with tools like LeanData, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, or CPQ platforms
