Shape the backbone of revenue operations for high-growth clients as a Sales Operations Strategist. You'll take ownership of Salesforce implementation at the technical level, turning strategic blueprints into fully functional CRM environments that drive measurable revenue outcomes. Working within a performance-driven agency model, your work directly impacts how sales teams scale and perform.
What You’ll Do
- Translate RevOps strategies into precise Salesforce configurations, including Flows, automation logic, and reporting structures
- Ensure data accuracy, lead routing integrity, and system reliability across multiple client environments
- Test and deploy changes using sandbox environments before pushing to production
- Collaborate with leadership to execute go-to-market architectures with technical precision
- Maintain rigorous quality control, double-checking every deployment for consistency and performance
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and strategic configuration
- Salesforce Certified Administrator credential
- Deep mastery of Salesforce Flows and automation tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple client projects with tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal comprehension skills
- Reliable remote work setup with consistent internet access
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in SaaS or client-facing consultancy
- Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder certification
- Familiarity with tools like LeanData, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, or CPQ platforms
